1923 Connaught 300cc
Price now reduced from £6,000 to £5,000. Connaught Motorcycles were manufactured by a company called Bordesley Engineering Co of Birmingham. They were produced from 1912 to around 1924. The Marque was acquired by J. E. Smith around that time and the whole operation ground to a halt, possibly due to the tragic gun related death of John E Smith. This is information gleaned from research on Graces Guide. This particular Connaught has been owned by Andy for the last 16 years. The bike was refurbished by a previous owner and there is still a bit of work left to do, such as the tank being painted. The belt is removed for transportation purposes in the photos but will be put back on for the next owner. Comes with the current V5C registration document.
