1954 Matchless G80 500cc

Priced at £3,850.This mount comes to us from its previous elderly owner who has very reluctantly let it go as he is turning 96 very soon and is hanging up his helmet & goggles. He couldn't help extolling the virtues of this machine and holds it in very high regard, even going so far as to say its the best one in the country. He informs us that the bike runs well and has undergone a restoration around 10 years ago. The original cardboard log book is present showing that the bike was first registered in Manchester on the 5th December 1955. There is also a couple of MOT's in the paperwork from 79-79 and 81-82 plus some later ones from 2001 - 2006. Comes with the latest DVLA V5C registration document.
