1924 Douglas 2 3/4 H.P. Project

Priced at £2,500. This bike was being worked on by a local engineer who has too many projects going on and has run out of steam on this one and decided to let someone else take up the mantle. He informs us that the mag has a good spark and the carb, pistons and crankshaft are good. Parts form this project were sourced from all over the globe, the front wheel came from Australia, forks from Netherlands, Magneto from Scotland. The bike comes with a few spares, see pictures. There is a spare set of crankcases and the last 3 pictures below show the stampings on that spare set. No V5C present.
