1954 Velocette Frame

Priced at £400. Good Velocette frame from 1954. Previously fitted with a KSS engine and gearbox. There is a copy of an older V5C and a letter from the Velocette Owners Club confirming it left the factory in 1954. A HPI readout shows the number is still live with the DVLA with no security issues which would suggest that once the bike is built its most probable that the DVLA will issue a V5C.
