1938 Velocette MSS 498cc

Priced at £7,000. First registered on the 31st of December 1938. This machine gives one lucky customer the opportunity to purchase a pre-war 500cc Velocette. These bikes do not Come up for sale as often as their smaller 350cc stablemates. We handled this bike in 2014 when it had recently been repatriated from Northern Europe. At that time it had its Danish registration document which we have a copy of but the original has since been misplaced. The customer who bought the bike in 2014 has gone to a lot of effort to make the bike more consistent with its 1938 appearance as it had been customized into more of a 'Bobber' style at that time. The bike is now fully UK registered and comes with the latest V5C.
