1959-60 Greeves Competition 250cc

Price now reduced from £3,350 to £2,500. Absolutely great patina on this gnarly looking Greeves! This bike has been in the same family since it was almost new, with the father of th last owner buying it when it was just a couple of months old. The son then took ownership of the bike, who also worked for Greeves when he was younger. This bike has been in a shed for a few decades unused but it fired up with very little effort at the workshop. The head and barrel are of greeves own design mated to the Villiers competition engine. The engine looks to have the Greeves "square" barrel combined with the Greeves Challenger head.
