1964 Velocett LE Mk.lll 200cc

Priced at £1,400. Supplied new to the Somerset Constabluary & registered on the 12th of May 1964 & still bearing its original transferable registration mark. This machine completed its Police service & was then registered to a Bristol gentleman for normal civilian road use on the 16th of February 1969. The last owner, who kept his bikes in an old chapel, was using the bike, only selling as he was getting on in years. The bike has now been in our workshop, a new battery was been fitted, she started easily & the motor sounded good. This Velocette has good history in the form of two green cardboard logbooks, the original & a continuation book. Has a computerised DVLC V5 registration document, will qualify for free road tax under the 'Historic Vehicle' class & benefits from being MOT exempt.
