1951 Sunbeam S8 500cc

Priced at £9,000. We have handled this attractive Sunbeam twice before & are pleased to be able to offer it for sale once again. A very nice example of a post war Sunbeam, this machine was completely re-furbished in 2016, many new parts fitted - Engine: pistons, all bearings, seals, valves etc. Gearbox: New bearings & seals. Rear drive: all seals. Wheels: new bearings & seals. Forks: new stantions, bushes & seals, & beautiful paintwork. A nice history has been supplied by Stewart Engineering & shows that the frame & engine numbers are correct as when the bike left the factory (see documents below). Comes with a currentt DVLA V5C registration document, is registered for free road tax under the 'Historic Vehicle' class & has the perk of being MOT exempt.
