1935 BSA R35-4 350cc

Price reduced to £8,500 from £9,250, This stylish pre war BSA is being offered on behalf of a friend of ours. The R4 model so attractively presented here is closely related to BSA's large capacity OHV V-twin Y13, often referred to as 'Half a Y13', basically the R4 engine top end is half a Y13. Originally this bike was dispatched from the factory to Heath Brothers, Farnham, Surrey on the 12th of February 1935, see BSA Owners Club Dating Certificate below. Andy has ridden this machine for 5 miles & commented that is goes better than his own personnel R4! As this lovely BSA has been the subject of recent refurnbishment it will need careful reintroduction to the road. Comes with a current DVLA V5C registration document, is registered under the 'Historic Vehicle' class for free road tax & is MOT exempt under the 30 year rule.
