1957 BSA Bantam D3 150cc
Priced at SOLD. According to BSA factory records, this bike was dispatched to Shovelbottoms of Birmingham on the 8th of November 1957. This machine represents the basis of a nice project, being the correct engine in the correct frame as it left BSA. It would also compliment anyone with another incomplete D3. We understand that the bike was stored in Essex for many years, coming to Suffolk a few years ago. Please note that the rear wheel is incorrect. The engine & gearbox unit appears complete, it noted that the output sprocket is rather worn indicating it has covered some considerable mileage. The engine doesn't turn over on the kick start, which has not been investigated, being left for the new owner.
