c.1941 Royal Enfield WD/C 350cc

Priced at SOLD. This bike was one of a batch of wartime machines made under a War Department contract, for the forces, with the manufacturing date believed to be late 1941. After the war this machine was first registered by the civilian authorities on 9th May 1949 in Somerset, where according to its original RF60 buff logbook, it remained until at least 1960. Currently finished in typical war trim, with blackout mask on the head lamp & period canvas paniers, this Royal Enfield Comes with its original buff RF60 logbook.

NOTE: - A replacement Smiths Cronometric speedometer (with milage shown as 01299) has now been fitted as the one shown in the photographs failed to work on the road test.
