1929 AJS Model 6 Big Port 350cc. Priced at £SOLD. This is a machine we have handled before, the bike being found in a farm building near Great Yarmouth some eight years ago, with the elderly farmer expressing that he rode this round the fields when he was a lad. We sold the machine to a friend in a local village, who unfortunately passed away having only just started the restoration. The machine then made its way to Bonhams Auctions, & a couple of owners later it found its way back to us in Framlingham. The engine, frame & gearbox numbers all match, which makes for a restorers dream. While there is no V5C registration certificate there is proper dating information from the AJS & Matchless Owners Club (see documents at the bottom of the page), which will facilitate DVLA registration when the time Comes, & the machine is up to an MOT standard.
