1932 AJS TB6 350cc

SOLD This is one of Andy's machines that he has owned since 1992. He bought the bike at Sotheby's auction house back then as a restoration project. Shortly after purchasing it work was undertaken to get the bike up to a tidy cosmetic state which is where it is how it remains to this day. The bike has been dated and comes up as 1932 and we are lead to believe that it was one of the last to be manufactured in the old AJS plant in Wolverhampton, and was first registered with Cardiff Borough Council. A few changes have been made over the years prior to Andy's ownership including a Rudge gearbox and different girder forks. Have not identified the forks but the steering damper is embossed with a Raleigh logo. Literature relating to this model boasts that it is a "Big Port" pushrod O.H.V design and has 6 to 1 compression ratio. Comes with the latest V5C registration document Registered under the number XXG 944
