1965 Norton Electra 383cc

SOLD According to records this Norton was completed and tested by the factory on 08/02/1965 before being supplied to a dealer named Joe Berliner in New York USA. The bike spent a long period of time in America and comes with one of its old US metal number plates which has R.I on it, which suggests it was in Rhode Island at one time. The bike was back in the UK by the early 1990's and underwent a lot of refurbishment work, as evidenced by the many receipts for parts and work done that are included with the documentation. There is also a few UK MOT certificates with the bike from 1995 - 2003. Comes with the latest DVLA V5C registration document.
