1964 Norton Electra 384cc

SOLD. One of 5 stunning Norton Lightweights that came to us from its long time Norfolk owner. He spent many years lavishing this, and the other 4 with lots of money and time bringing them up to a beautifully refurbished finish. Due to age and health issues he has reluctantly decided to let this bike and the other 4 go. We are told by the previous owner that all 5 bikes including this one are 12v and have Boyer ignition systems fitted. He also informs us that all 5 bikes have new main bearings and have had extensive engine work done. A new starter motor has been fitted to this one. This machine comes with its original cardboard log book showing that it was first registered in Essex on the 17th April 1964. Update:-We have now recovered the original registration number for this bike and it comes with the latest V5C.
