1961 Francis Barnett Plover 86 150cc

 SOLD. First registered on the 27th of January 1961, this machine was in Andy's own personal collection since he bought it in 1994. It was then sold to its current owner last year who did a lot of work on the primary side. We are selling it on his behalf as he is thinning out his collection. This Francis Barnett is very authentic & believed to still be in its original paint finish of Burma Red with Dover White tank panels (a factory option to the standard Arden Green), see last picture below, taken from a contemporary Francis Barnett brochure. Has a DVLA V5C registration document, is registered for free road tax under the 'Historic Vehicle' class & has the perk of no longer needing an MOT for road use.
