1959 BSA Super Rocket Cafe Racer 650cc

SOLD This BSA is a great project for somebody to resurrect. This nice looking Super Rocket has been decked out in Cafe Racer trim a very long time ago. We are told by the previous owners widow, that her late husband purchased the bike, rode it home, and then never used it so it has been parked for the last 30 years! The engine turns freely. There are a couple of interesting features such as the cylinder head that has been modified to take a twin carb setup, and the interesting fold-in gear lever solution (see pictures). The bike comes with the current V5C Registration document and qualifies for free road tax under the 'Historic Vehicle' class.
