1948 Vincent HRD Series B Rapide 1000cc

SOLD Originally registered on the 21st of December 1948, this is one of two machines that we are offering on behalf of a regular Essex customer who is trimming his large collection back to make some extra room. He purchased this bike in 1982 & then sent it to Furnace & Sewall for restoration. The Vincent HRD has good history in the form of an old buff cardboard logbook, copies of the Works Order Form & the Engine Specification Sheet from the Vincent Owners Club, as well as a Vincent Owners Club Dating Certificate. Comes with a DVLA V5C registration document, is registered under the 'Historic Vehicle' class for free road tax & no longer requires an MOT for road use.
