1956 Sunbeam S8 500cc

Priced at SOLD. From 1956, near the end of Sunbeam production for the OHC inline twin 500cc models, this particular machine was registered on the 8th of July 1957 in Devon. This Sunbeam came to us from a local collector in East Suffolk, now sadly deceased, we purchased this & his other British Classics from his estate. This example has been stored in a stable for quite a number of years & is being offered here as a project. The engine turns over & has compression. It should also be noted that the tin wear appears nice & complete (being some of the harder parts to source). History is in the form of an old green cardboard logbook. Comes with a current DVLA V5C registration document, will qualify for free road tax under the 'Historic Vehicle' class & also benefits from being MOT exempt
