1953 AJS 16MS 350cc

Priced at SOLD. First registered on the 19th of June 1953 in Somerset. The AJS & Matchless Owners Club have searched the factory dispatch records they hold (see below) & have provided the following information. This AJS was dispatched from the factory on the 16th of February 1953 to B G England (Dunstable) Ltd., London Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire. The last Norfolk owner purchased the bike in early 2019 & rode it quite regularly, only selling it as he has now given up driving/riding. The valuable registration number is transferable if desired. There is a huge number of receipts/invoices with the machine, shown below. Has a current DVLA V5C registration document, is registered for free road tax under the 'Historic Vehicle' class & has the advantage of no longer needing an MOT for road use.
