1930 Matchless Silver Arrow 400cc

Priced at SOLD. This Silver Arrow (one of fourteen classic bikes) has come to us from a local collection. The recent history of this Matchless is that it lived in Denmark for a number of years until it was imported into the UK in 2017 by a local gentlman (who lived within sight of our shop)! He spent a lot of money on the mechanics including a mag/dyno rebuild by Will Salmon. He then, unfortunately, found that age had caught up with him & so he sold it at auction in 2024, where it was bought by the last owner, also local, & coincidentally has now decided it was also time for him to retire from classic bikes! The bike starts readily, as you would expect with a rebuilt magneto. Comes with the latest DVLA V5C registration document, is registered under the 'Historic Vehicle' class for free road tax & benefits from being MOT exempt.
