1951 Sunbeam S8 500cc

Priced at SOLD. This striking Sunbeam has come to us from a gentleman in East Suffolk. After owning & enjoying this S8 for the last 29 years has had to make a very reluctant sale as age has caught up with him. A rideable motorcycle, up, running & road tested by Peter, our mechanic. Our electrical technician, Mike, has sorted out the dynamo which now has output (the field coils were reversed). The only criticism being that although the clutch drives OK it will drag, making neutral a little difficult to select, hence the bargain price of only £3,150. Has a DVLA V5C registration document, qualifies for free road tax under the 'Historic Vehicle' class & has the advantage of being MOT exempt.
