Registered new on the Isle of Wight, this nicely patinated machine is one of four bikes that have come from the estate of their late Northamptonshire owner, who was an AJS & Matchless afficionardo & rider over many years. An AJS & Matchless Owners Club Certificate of Authenticity showing the bike was completed & tested at the factory in June 1952, before being supplied to Stagg Motor Cycles, Newport, Isle of Wight. Has the latest DVLA V5C registration document, is registered for free road tax under the 'Historic Vehicle' class & has the advantage of being MOT exempt.
