1927 BSA B27 De Luxe 'Wedge Tank' 250cc

Priced at SOLD. This lovely untouched BSA was first registered in Bournemouth on the 28th of February 1927. The bike has come to us from Scotland, together with a BSA 'Round Tank' 250cc, both from the estate of the same gentleman. He had owned them both for a number of decades. The little BSA 250cc machines with 'wedge tanks' were only produced for two years (1927 & 28) before the introduction of the saddle tank for 1929. This BSA offers a marvellous project opportunity to one very fortunate customer, being in such original condition. The engine turns over nicely, all three gears (& neutral) select & the rear brake works! Has the latest DVLA V5C registration document, is registered under the 'Historic Vehicle' class for free road tax & is MOT exempt.
