1936 AJS 36/12 250cc

Priced at SOLD. Registered new on the 1st of October 1936 in London, this AJS has been refurbished in WW2 civilian trim, with the white paintwork added to the mudguards for visbility & an authentic headlamp blackout mask. The machine has been used for renactment at military events. The last Oxfordshire owner purchased this AJS in 2014, parting with it in a part exchange deal against another AJS. There is a lot of interesting information with the bike, in a ring binder (see last photographs below). Has a current DVLA V5C registration document, is registered under the 'Historic Vehicle' class for free road tax & is MOT exempt.
