1950 BSA ZB34A Competition 500cc
Priced at SOLD. We have great pleasure in being able to offer a rare example of a BSA competition motorcycle, on behalf of the owner. The VMCC have stated that this bike has the correct frame & engine numbers as it left the factory & was dispatched to the Rich Child Cycle Company Inc. New Jersey, USA. on the 15th of March 1953. The current owner, a retired classic motorcycle engineer, has had this BSA since 2013 & has spent a lot of time & money on refurbishing it to a high standard (some invoices/receipts shown below). He finished the work & put the BSA back on the road about 3 years ago & has been using it on the road for fun & for VMCC runs. He tells us that the engine is 'too powerful' for the bike & it goes fast!!! Unfortunately an imminent house move has forced a reluctant sale. Has a current DVLA V5C registration document, is registered for free road tax under the 'Historic Vehicle' class & is MOT exempt
