1921 Verus Blackburne 2¾hp 350cc
Priced at SOLD. Registered new on the 24th of January 1921 in Middlesbrough, this rather rare motorcycle was manufactured by Alfred Wiseman Limited of Birmingham during the 1920's. Wiseman used various engines, including their own two strokes, in their bikes. This is a Blackburne engined example. The last owner was carrying out a long term refurbishment which had taken him in excess of 20 years. He was close to finishing when he parted with it. We are pleased to offer the Verus at an advantagous price as it does require finishing. This will make an unusual Banbury run motorcycle for one lucky customer. Has a current DVLA V5C registration document, is registered for free road tax under the 'Historic Vehicle' class & is MOT exempt.
