1937 Federation 250cc
Priced at SOLD. Originally registered on the 23rd of April 1937. This singular motorcycle was only available from the CWS (Cooperative Wholesale Society) (generally known as the Co-op today). Made from 1919 to 1937 they used Villiers & JAP engines. There are only believed to be approximately 15 CWS Federations in existence. This fine JAP engined example is from near the end of production, after which the CWS went back to groceries. We sold this rare machine previously in 2011 & we are now pleased to be able to offer such a unique bike for sale once again. The last owner traded this motorcycle in against a Scott. Comes with the latest DVLA V5C registration document, is registered under the 'Historic Vehicle' class for free road tax & has the advantage of being MOT exempt.
