1927 Scott Squirrel 2 Speed 500cc
Priced at £12,500. First registered on the 7th of July 1927 this fine vintage 2 speeder has a very interesting history. The second owner was Harold Cottam. Harold was the wireless operator on the RMS Carpathia, the first ship on the scene of the Titanic sinking. Harold intercepted the distress call from Titanic, woke his Captain & kept in wireless contact with the stricken liner. His actions were credited with saving the lives of over 700 people.
