Priced at SOLD. This is definitely a very 'red' Panther, as can be seen from the smart finish. This little pre war beauty could be just the machine for somebody looking for a 1930's lightweight. Perry, our part time fitter, has has this machine in our workshop, sorting out the carburettor & other minor details; & Andy then went for a three mile ride. The little Panther romped along nicely, with the period rear brake working well, although the front brake was a little weak, & it would be prudent for the nest owner to investigate this. Three speed gears & clutch worked OK, & the Smiths Chronometric speedometer did its job admirably. There was no charge shown on the ammeter, & we would assume that the charging will need attention. As this is a classic motorcycle that has received some refurburishment, & not used since, it will need a through checkover & service before going back on the road. Comes with a DVLA V5C registration document, is registered under the 'Historic Vehicle' class for free road tax & is MOT exempt.
