1944 Royal Enfield Model WCO 350cc Gleaming example
This bike was said to be a cancelled war order never sent to the military. It went straight to civilian use. Its first year was spent in Edinburgh then it went to the Shetlands for the rest of its life . It was found on the island in a shabby state and renovated and said to have had a new engine. The restorer found an unused military engine which he dismantled throughly cleaned and reassembled. The bike is said to have done very few miles since.
