1939 Excelsior J1 Pioneer 150cc
Priced at SOLD. This marvellous barn discovery was first registered on the 11th of September 1939 in Ipswich. This is a wonderful project for someone. The engine kicks over nicely with some compression, clutch drives & the three gears engage statically. The flywheel magneto generate a spark at the points, but no HT output, prevents us from trying to start it. There is also a Smiths Chronometric speedometer & drive fitted (normally missing). Comes with a buff cardboard logbook, which should allow for the recovery of the original registration number PV 6355. The machine benefits from being MOT exempt.
